Store Policies
PURCHASE POLICY
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled after the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accomodate returns or refunds under any circumstances. Under no circumstances will dresses be exchanged or returned once they have left our store.
LAYAWAY POLICY
A deposit of 20% of the total purchase price (tax included) will be required on the the day of purchase. A minimum payment of $25.00 must be made bi-weekly. If merchandise is not fully paid for on or before the maturity date will be returned to stock and all payments will be forfeited unless special arrangements are made with management. All dresses and accessories must be paid in full before removed from our store.
Bridal gowns may be put on layway for 6 months.
Prom/Pageant gowns may be put on layaway for 90 days.
ALTERATION POLICY
Most dresses require alterations. Alterations are the consumers responsibility. Dresses are made standard sizes based on the manufacturers size chart. The alteration of length and/or straps is often needed. The consumer will need to contact the seamstress of their choice for all questions about gown alterations, completion times and fees.
TUXEDO RENTAL
Satisfaction Guarantee: If possible, must try on in store and inform us immediately if you are not satisfied.
Accidental Damage Waiver: By purchasing the ADW, the customer is relieved of charges resulting from accidental damages to the formal wear. However, it is agreed and understood that the customer is responsible for returning all rental items. ADW does not cover malicious damages, late return charges, or lost/stolen merchandise. $100 security deposit required if ADW is declined.
Deposit: All tuxedo rentals require a 50% deposit upon ordering, balance due upon pickup of tuxedo.
Late Return Fees: Tuxedos are due back the following business day. Beginning on the 3rd day, a late fee will be assessed.
Cancellation Fee: There is a $50.00 fee if the order is cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date.
