Return and Exchange:
Due to the nature of the garments and items being sold, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, cancellations, or give refunds after you have placed your order. Your dress is often ordered from the manufacturer, and therefore cannot be returned. Make sure to check the size charts provided and measure carefully; you are responsible for selecting your own size. We will inspect each dress upon sale; all items have never been worn, some have been tried on in the store, but most have not. Each dress will be in good condition.
The availability of inventory changes constantly, especially during prom. When your order is placed, we will check our stock and the manufacturer’s inventory regarding your order. If the dress is not available in adequate time, you will receive an email and your card will not be charged.
We ship U.P.S. Standard shipping which takes about 3-7 business days depending upon your location. Dresses are shipped as soon as possible. You can choose to expedite shipping by choosing 2nd day or overnight shipping for an extra fee. Dresses that are special ordered from the manufacturer will take a little longer; the dress is shipped to us then we will it ship to you. No P.O. boxes or international shipping. You are responsible for shipping cost. To receive notification of your shipping date and to request a tracking number email us at Chantilly@duo-county.com. When e-mailing please be sure to include your phone number and email address. We will notify you as soon as possible with availability and shipping information.
Most dresses require alterations. Alterations are the consumers responsibility. Dresses are made standard sizes based on the manufacturers size chart. Please choose the largest size on your measurements. Dresses can almost always be taken up; however, letting it out is much harder. The alteration of length and/or straps is often needed. Please let us know if you are taller than average as some styles are available with extra length.
